What this page is for
Questions about the review itself: something that is unclear, a claim you have seen and want to know how it is graded, a document you think should be reflected, or a correction you would like to suggest. These are welcome, and corrections are made to the page rather than noted elsewhere.
What this site does not do
This review does not recommend for or against any product, and it does not offer an assessment or a consultation in relation to anything it describes. It is not a booking page. There is no service offered here for an exosome injection, for a skin procedure, or for any other treatment discussed, and nothing on this site should be read as an invitation to arrange one.
Questions about your own care
A question about your own situation, such as whether a treatment is appropriate for you, what a change in your skin means, or what to do about a reaction, is a clinical question and belongs with a clinician who can examine you and see your records. The hospital’s outpatient channels are the right route for that, and the appointments page explains how they work.
If you have had an injection and something is wrong
Spreading redness, heat, swelling, discharge, fever or worsening pain at an injection site is assessed by a clinician rather than discussed on a website. Contact the service that treated you, or the hospital’s outpatient channels, and say what was injected and when if you know. If the product cannot be identified, say so, because that is itself important information for whoever assesses you.
